Rick Adams

Mr. Rick Adams brings more than 30 years of capital, trading and operations experience from the US energy markets. During this time Mr. Adams has delivered several billion dollars of project development capital, portfolio management and provided executive leadership to Fortune 500 and small business alike.   While with The Williams Companies and Aquila Energy, Mr. Adams built 2 energy capital teams with more than a billion dollars in total investments. He financed the creation of a dozen successful companies, created new financial instruments and the orderly liquidation of a billion-dollar investment portfolio with the fall of the merchant energy sector in 2002.   Mr. Adams subsequently created Bullfrog Capital which provides capital advisory services and executive leadership. Through the firm, Mr. Adams has negotiated $560 million in new capital funding as well as provided the following executive leadership: CEO and CFO of public oil and gas production companies, President of private rig services company and CFO of Dodeka Capital and CVMR (USA).  Mr. Adams has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Baylor University as well as a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from University of St. Thomas. He has served as the chief executive for energy production companies, both public and private, while providing consulting and capital advisory services for more than 20 years.
