Stallion Oil Corporation is focused on acquiring low risk, low decline, predictable -

existing producing assets with upside. We will minimize exposure to development 

risk until Stallion has built a solid base of production. We want to know what our 

results will be. Stallion is building a predictable income stream built on predictable 

reserves. As we know what the production is going to be, we can set our expenses 

very efficiently and maximize margins. The plan is to invest in the business through 

continued acquisitions and drive shareholder value.
