Paul Williams

Mr. Williams, a successful entrepreneur, is the Founder and Managing Member of Stallion Energy Group, LLC, which has developed oil and gas assets generally throughout Texas, and to a lesser extent California. Prior to Stallion Energy, Mr. Williams was the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Eagle Ford Oil & Gas, a publicly traded company. In the early to mid-2000’s, Mr. Williams was the managing partner of Vaquero Oil & Gas, which jointly and actively drilled numerous wells in South Texas in partnership with a publicly traded nearly $1 billion enterprise value company listed on the NYSE Amex. Mr. Williams has over two decades of operating and executive positions within the upstream oil and gas industry, with both private and public entities. Mr. Williams has been responsible for originating, developing and joint venturing several multi-million dollar large acre prospects in South Texas, as well as negotiating and corporately overseeing large seismic shoots.     In addition to his oil and gas businesses, Mr. Williams has been a successful entrepreneur investing in other ventures including a minor league professional baseball team, a trailer manufacturing company, and a moving and storage company. He has also invested in and produced several projects in the motion picture industry and a mixed martial arts venture where he partnered with Mark Cuban's HDNet TV channel.     Mr. Williams also held executive positions in the transportation industry, and was recruited to be the Republican Party's nominee for the United States Congress in the 9th Congressional District in 2000 and 2002. Mr. Williams was a former quarterback for the Houston Oilers in the National Football League and had several tenures in the Arena Football League.     Mr. Williams is married to Kelly Williams and has two children.
