Bradford Brock

Mr. Brock has been involved in the financial industries for over 25 years. He brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and financial experience to the business. He has been involved in many facets of the financial industry and has worked with private and public companies in various stages of corporate development.  He has worked with early stage and micro-cap companies in various industries with corporate reorganization and public listings. This includes assisting companies with both IPO’s and RTO’s to enter the public markets within the CSE, OTCBB, Frankfurt, and London Exchanges. In addition, he has remained involved in numerous projects to assist leading the companies through the early phases of capital raises, corporate growth, organization, logistics and corporate governance.
